The success of breast cancer therapy is still not optimal and the side effects caused by therapy. use standard drug combinations with herbs often used as co-chemotherapy believed to increase drug's effectiveness. However, research on antagonistic effect combination minimal. This study examines anticancer soursop leaf aquoxes extract combined impact doxorubicin MCF7 T47D cells. pure in vitro experimental culture cells at Parasitology Laboratory Faculty Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada August 2018. Penelitian mengkaji antikanker ekstrak air daun sirsak kombinasinya doksorubisin pada sel T47D. merupakan eksperimental murni secara di Laboratorium Parasitologi Fakultas Kedokteran periode Agustus Uji toksisitas dilakukan menggunakan metode untuk menghitung viabilitas sel. Nilai didapatkan melalui analisis perhitungan regresi perangkat lunak SPSS. Efek sinergis senyawa ditentukan berdasar atas nilai Indeks Kombinasi (IK) uji seri serta dianalisis 1.0. sediaan akan diujikan terhadap kultur menilai doksorubisin. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adalah μg/mL, sedangkan memperlihatkan berefek MCF7.
